  1. My comments are based on Mosaic Fertilizer pledges $2 billion to settle hazardous waste complaints.

    The phosphate industry has estimated over $11 billion to clean up the mess they made, so it looks like the phosphate industry strategically wins and Florida's Taxpayers are making up the difference.
